Delivery of orders

Delivery service:
– home delivery
– delivery with Post: only applies to gift cards
– delivery to the church: funeral flowers
– click and collect: You can place an order online and select to collect the order from our store – applies to all products

Home delivery

We deliver your order directly to the door within a radius of 50 km from our store in Smedsby. The delivery fee is listed here – it will also show when you fill in your address in the shopping cart. Delivery according to your wishes. Same day deliveries must be received by 2pm via the online store or by phone

Delivery of funeral flowers to the church

Funeral flowers for funerals handled by Fants funeral home are free of charge, other deliveries 5 €.

Seasonal bouquets

The supply of flowers vary due to the season and we may sometimes need to supplement with similar flowers, but we keep of course the color shade

Price

The stated prices include VAT 24%, but not delivery fee (10%). The prices only apply to purchases from the online store. The delivery fee is visible when you select the delivery method at checkout.

Payment

Payment is made with Paytrail’s SSL-protected e-payment service. To be able to complete the order, you need to: be a bank customer and have valid codes for internet banking, or have a valid debit card approved by Nets. All purchases in the online store must be paid upon ordering.
Our company does not have access to the card or bank details and the information on the payment card is not stored in our systems.
All purchases in the online store must be paid for online when ordering, even if the product is picked up from the store in Smedsby. Paytrail acts as a payment intermediary.

Payment intermediary

The payment intermediation service is performed by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) and is a supplier in collaboration with banks and credit institutions. Payments with Visa Electron or MasterCard shows Paytrail Oyj as the recipient of the card bill and also forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has an operating license for payment institutions granted by The Financial Supervisory Authority In the event of a complaint, we ask you to be in contact with the online store in the first instance.

Cancellation

Right of withdrawal: We comply with Finnish consumer law and the Consumer Ombudsman’s directive on e-commerce. The customer has the right to return products delivered by post (does not apply to fresh flower bouquets) within 14 days of delivery and have the purchase price returned. Fant pays the postal costs for the product return.
The right of return only applies to unused and salable products. The order can not be returned if the product has clear traces of use.
Return procedure: When returning the product, always use the same or equivalent packaging in which the product was delivered, so that the product is properly protected during transport.
Return of the payment: The return of the payment can take 1-2 weeks. If the payment has not been returned during this time, contact us immediately. Remember that the right of return does not apply to products that have clear traces of use, are damaged or can not be resold.

Personal data

When placing the order online, the customer must provide at least an e-mail address, name and telephone number so that we can complete the order, and also give consent that we enter the personal information in our customer register. The customer is responsible for ensuring that both their personal information and the delivery information are correct.
Personal data is not transferred to third parties. Read (-länk-) via our GDPR how we process customer information and how you have the right to delete your information after the purchase is completed.

Complaints

Flowers are fresh produce and need appropriate care, therefore the recipient is also partly responsible for the lifespan of the bouquet. If you want to make a complaint regarding your order or have other questions, contact the customer service by telephone 06-3222544 or 050-4372189 for more information (+358 if calling from abroad)
